Thursday night Tim and I had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants here in town called Blue Plate. B.P. is a casual, hip cafe overlooking the TN river with a menu full of amazing food for a reasonable price. Tim loves B.P. because they serve breakfast all day long and I love them for their fish tacos and fried green tomatoes, both are best in town. We were joined by Sarah and Addie and two Covenant College previewers, Emily and Maemae, who are juniors at Sarah's husband's high school in Montgomery. Emily is an amazing doubles tennis player. Had the weather cooperated, I would have gotten my racquet out to test her skills. Emily hopes to study Nutrition or Pharmacology. Maemae is a talented soccer player and a little powerhouse. She wants to study biology (pre-med) and one day become a doctor.
