Stump Burning

I'm intrigued by fire and certainly received my pyro genes from my dad as he loves a good blaze as well. The last night with my parents, we used a large stump to create a bonfire and made s'mores.

The old, faithful stump...


A reliable accelerant...


Starting out small...


The accelerant ignites...


And finally, a good bonfire...


Hardly made a dent in the old stump . . . looks like it will take a few bonfires to burn the whole thing.
