Diane's Spinach con Queso Dip
1 pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box of Velveeta cheese
1 can rotel or salsa
THAW: the spinach and drain well.
SOFTEN: the cream cheese and Velveeta and mix together.
ADD: spinach and rotel/salsa to cheese mixture.
MIX: the dip thoroughly.
TIPS . . . serve warm with tortilla chips.

OK, I will comment on several posts. I love Williamsburg! I grew up in Richmond and we went there often. I didn't know about the car that hit the building...Lee never mentioned it! I enjoyed reading :)
