Tim and I kicked off last weekend by going to a Lookouts game Friday night with a bunch of friends. It was our first game of the season - hopefully we'll go again soon. The night started with dinner at Pizzeria Venti - highly recommend if you haven't been. (It's a national chain so look for one in your area.) After stuffing ourselves with pizza and Italian desserts, we bought our tickets, found our seats and watched our Lookouts lose to a team from Carolina. Maybe next time!
Even though the game didn't end well, our night sure did. The best part came following the game when we sat back in our seats and watched nearly 20 minutes of fireworks.
Only one thing could have made the evening even better . . . a bag of cotton candy.
