Good friends of ours, Brooke & Lee (a coworker of mine), had a new baby on Friday - Emelyn Regina. They call her "Eme" and "Regina" is in honor of Brooke's mother. Tim and I stopped by the hospital to see them and were surprised at how well Brooke was feeling just 24 hours after delivering a baby. Her comment, "I've done it a few times; it's really not that hard." If you are wondering, YES, she did have drugs.

Proud papa who knows many tricks-of-the-trade. For example, if the hospital doesn't provide a pacifier then a pinkie finger will do.
