Need Grilling Advice
I was grilling shish kebabs the other night and had a little trouble with the meat and vegetables sticking to the grill. Do you know if this can be prevented in some way? Like spraying Pam (or a similar product) on the grill first and then putting the meat down?

yes, exactly. you see the answer was inside of you all along.
yumm--those look amazing! we just put olive oil on ours to keep them from sticking.
You should get those metal box things that you can put food in like kebabs or fish. maybe that would work?
